Leading high street fashion retailer are seeking a Store Manager for their fabulous store that sells stylish fashion and delivers a great experience for all their customers. The ideal candidate will be committed, energetic, and enjoy working in a team, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and with the team. You will be passionate about selling and delivering a great experience for all customers and committed to delivering KPI's and sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed store targets and deliver KPI's
  • Assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating business results
  • Deliver a great experience for all customers, leading the team as Store Manager
  • Continue to develop personal sales techniques and aid associates in maximizing sales
  • Deliver high standards of visual merchandising
