UHI Perth is one of Scotland's leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland's newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands. We are seeking to appoint a receptionist who will play a key customer service role within the Academy of Sport and Wellbeing (ASW) building at UHI Perth. The successful candidate will be required to work Saturdays, 07:45. You will be part of the team at the forefront of our sport and wellbeing facility providing a professional, customer focused reception service. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to deliver a service which is friendly, welcoming, and informative to all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain front of house operations, including greeting visitors and managing the reception area.
- Handle administrative duties and financial tasks to ensure efficient running of ASW.
- Provide detailed information to customers and sign post them to appropriate team members as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be available to work Saturdays from 07:45 to 13:45.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Must have a current Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme check and be able to pass a check against the list of those barred from working with children.
- Good knowledge of ASW services is essential.
