The Opportunity
We are currently hiring Personal Trainers across multiple experience levels, including:
- Apprentice Coaches – Newly qualified trainers looking to build strong technical and coaching foundations.
- Personal Trainers – Established PTs developing and managing a growing client list.
- Senior Personal Trainers – Experienced coaches capable of mentoring others and contributing to team standards.

Your starting level will be based on experience, track record, and coaching capability.
Our Career Pathway
We operate a clear, tiered progression structure, allowing trainers to build a long‑term career within the company:
- Apprentice PT – Level 3 qualified trainers beginning their coaching journey.
- Personal Trainer – 1‑2 years of industry experience.
- Senior PT – 2‑5 years of coaching experience with mentoring responsibilities.
- Elite PT – 5+ years of experience with advanced education and leadership responsibilities.
