As a Personal Shopper, you will proactively deliver exceptional sales performance through your world class approach to customer service. Our Personal Shopping department is focused on providing exceptional service levels to ensure that our customers enjoy the best shopping experience through our Assisted Shopping service to further build their engagement and loyalty.

About the Role

As a Personal Shopper, you will work one on one with clients to understand their product preferences, lifestyle needs, and individual style needs. You will navigate across the whole store, using your expertise across all categories including jewellery, fashion, furniture and many more. No day will be the same.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively search for selling and service opportunities with every client and across the store to encourage broader selling.
  • Use selling opportunities to expand a genuine and loyal client base through referrals and word of mouth.
  • Manage the customer journey, from initial product selections through to transaction processing, stock picking and dispatch.
  • Serve with an omni channel approach, via traditional retail 'on site' sales as well as driving proactive sales, leads and acquisitions through virtual channels.
  • Acquire, build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Take the time to truly connect on an individual basis to know how we can best meet their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Implement the Art of Selling in each interaction with a client, whether face to face or virtually, and deliver exceptional sales and service results.

Qualifications

  • Keen eye for trends and consistently high client return rates.
  • Passionate for luxury service and products, with confidence in cross selling across multiple categories.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure every client feels valued and taken care of.
  • Client led seller with exceptional customer service skills, evidenced by consistent customer service results.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit high sales targets and proven track record of achieving sales targets while working independently.
  • Emotionally intelligent with the ability to communicate and connect with a diverse range of customers and colleagues across verbal, written and digital formats, with an ability to 'flex' to customer needs.
  • Passionate about delivering a consistently premium service experience for customers.
  • Ability to proactively generate leads and sales from either existing or new client base and seek opportunities to sell broadly across the store.
  • Either hold an existing client portfolio or demonstrate experience in building client relationships.
