A rare opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support a high-profile founder and entrepreneur operating at serious scale and influence. This is not a typical startup. You'll be joining a fast-growing, highly visible, media and impact-led business whose content and platforms have reached millions globally, shaping conversations around careers, opportunity, and the future of work.

This is a high-trust, high-performance Personal Assistant (PA) role at the very centre of that world.

As Personal Assistant (PA), you will act as the right hand to the founder, owning both professional and personal coordination across a fast-moving, high-impact life and business. This is a true operator-level PA role - not administrative support.

You will:

  • Run inbox, diary, scheduling, and real-time priorities
  • Manage follow-ups, communications, and high-volume interactions
  • Coordinate complex logistics across business, travel, and personal life
  • Ensure meetings, briefs, and commitments are always fully prepared
  • Anticipate needs before they arise and remove friction from the founder's day
  • Travel with the founder and core team, providing real-time support

Qualifications:

  • An experienced Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a founder or CEO
  • Someone who values integrity, kindness, and loyalty
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • A natural relationship builder, confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership and finding solutions
  • Motivated by purpose, with a genuine desire to be part of something impactful

This is a genuinely career-defining Personal Assistant (PA) opportunity, offering the chance to operate at the centre of an influential, fast-moving, and high-impact mission. You'll be supporting a likeable, kind, and highly driven founder, becoming a core part of their trusted inner team. If you're looking for a role where you can step up, take ownership, and be part of something meaningful— we'd love to hear from you.
