Salary: £50,000-60,000 + excellent benefits. Salary is dependent on experience.

Our client is a highly successful boutique events and art space based in the West End, offering a unique and fast-paced working environment at the heart of a creative and commercial business. A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office and Facilities Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and HR remit across the business, ensuring the smooth running of both the office and wider operational functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the landlord regarding building and facilities matters.
  • Implement and manage office systems and administrative procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Oversee two Administrative Coordinators.
  • Provide HR administrative support where needed.
  • Act as the key internal point of contact with external HR and Finance providers, escalating more complex matters when required.
  • Coordinate operational requirements for the creative team, manage tight deadlines, liaise with international stakeholders, monitor budgets, and ensure smooth relationship management across multiple moving parts.

Qualifications:

  • Strong all-round operations professional with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
  • Project management skills are essential due to the temporary nature of events and exhibitions.
  • Exposure to the arts and cultural sector, or knowledge of supporting public events or exhibitions, is a bonus.

This role is primarily office-based, with occasional evening or weekend work to support events or operational needs.
