Key Responsibilities
- Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first class treatment experience.
- Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient.
- Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role.
- Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience.
What We’re Looking For
- The successful candidate must be a recognised specialist Periodontist, ideally with a number of years' prior experience in private practice.
- A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high quality Dentistry to patients, ensuring they have a fantastic experience meeting the business' expectations.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with patients and understand their unique needs and desires.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements.
