An opportunity has arisen for a People Relations Advisor to join the People Relations Team at our head office in Kew Bridge - we call it our Support Centre. Joining the team at a time of immense change is an exciting opportunity for the right person. This is a chance for an ambitious individual to be part of a successful team who thrive on innovative solutions and hard work.

The successful candidate will have:

Core to their success will be their ability to gain the trust and confidence through legal and pragmatic coaching, communications and training, building on a fair, reasonable and consistent culture that is in line with the company's values and heritage. Instant credibility and industry knowledge are essential, as are strong operational, employee relations, and IT skills. The successful individual will be equally comfortable presenting to their seniors as they are talking to their team. Critically this individual must be able to deliver results while embracing Fuller's values. A positive, collaborative approach is a must.

Whilst the role is based at the Support Centre in Chiswick, the role allows for some home working and requires occasional site visits, so you must be willing to travel around the estate as required.

Benefits include share save scheme and pub vouchers each year (after 6 months qualifying service).
