Responsibilities
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
- Acting as a trusted and approachable HR contact for all people-related queries
- Partnering with managers to support employee relations and drive positive outcomes
- Delivering engaging onboarding experiences for new joiners
- Coordinating training and development initiatives
- Driving employee engagement activities and supporting wellbeing and ESG initiatives
- Producing and analysing HR data to support continuous improvement
Who you are
- Previous HR experience (ideally within hospitality or a service-focused environment)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of UK employment practices
