We're searching for an inspiring and accomplished People & Culture Manager to lead the HR and people strategy for three prestigious Mayfair restaurants - Amazonico, Bar des Prés, and Gattopardo - and help shape an exceptional workplace culture across the group.

About the Role - What You'll Do
As People & Culture Manager, you'll lead the HR and people agenda across all three venues, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive, high-performance culture. You will:
- Partner with GMs and senior leaders to drive engagement and retention strategies
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure the best possible start for every team member
- Lead employee relations, providing advice and solutions that align with our values and UK employment law
- Deliver initiatives that promote diversity, wellbeing, and career development
- Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Ensure policies and procedures are up to date, compliant, and consistently applied
- Champion our culture and act as an ambassador for our people-first approach
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a People & Culture Manager or Senior HR role in a premium or luxury hospitality environment
- Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels, from front of house teams to senior directors
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- A hands-on, approachable style combined with strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for people development and creating a positive workplace culture
