Leading asset manager looking to appoint a Pensions Legal Counsel with PRT experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business area within a well-established legal team, supporting the day-to-day delivery of insured risk transfer solutions across the full transaction lifecycle.
Seeking an experienced pensions lawyer with a strong background in de-risking, including buy-ins, buy-outs and associated risk transfer structures, with an interest in developing innovative solutions tailored to institutional clients. You will be a qualified lawyer with strong experience in the pensions de-risking space, either in private practice or in-house (ideally with an insurer or similar provider).
Experience of longevity swaps and reinsurance structures is advantageous as is BPA knowledge. Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills are essential, alongside the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders and manage external counsel. A collegiate, commercial and pragmatic approach is key.
