Overview: As the UK's leading vehicle rental specialists, we make a commitment to keep our customers mobile, that's what we do.

Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Agent, you expertly bring to life the Northgate experience, managing the needs of customers, colleagues and managers to ensure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there. Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as a Customer Service Agent, you will be right at the very centre of it. You're often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering a great service with a smile is second nature. You'll excel at managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles and booking, resolving customer rental queries, administering customer accounts, to overseeing daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch. You don't need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team; our proven induction training will take care of that. You'll need customer service know-how, administration skills and a calm, 'can-do' attitude (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence).

Benefits: As a Customer Service Agent, we offer:

  • A fantastic quarterly bonus scheme (up to £1,408 pa OTE)
  • Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service, plus flexibility to buy or sell up to 5 extra days each year; public holidays and an extra day off for your birthday
  • Free life assurance (2x salary)
  • Well-being services (incl. 24/7 GP, mental health support, physiotherapy, Health Cash Plan, Dental Plan & Travel Insurance)
  • Exclusive colleague-only vehicle-leasing schemes
  • Pension & save-as-you-earn share scheme
  • Benefits App with discounts and cashback (Tesco, Asda, Currys, B&Q, Wickes, etc.)
