We're looking for a General Manager for a food led community pub. Salary up to £46k plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Marston's is one of the UK's largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we're on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Y Cerrig Glas, Pembroke and lead the team to success!

About the pub:

The Y Cerrig Glass is a popular pub in Pembroke Dock. A great location, a couple of minutes' walk from town with ample opportunity to increase sales. There is parking on site for up to 50 cars, and the Y Cerrig Glass is able to cater for up to 2,000 covers. Currently the pub is averaging £24k a week in sales - the 70/30 dry to wet sales mix.

The right candidate will have experience as a General Manager within a fast paced restaurant/pub environment, and be able to lead the business and team effectively. The successful candidate will have the ability to oversee sales growth, labour productivity, cost control and effective purchasing. With a proven track record of confidently leading and motivating a team to deliver a great guest experience.

Management accommodation is available in the form of a 2 bedroom flat above the pub.
