Main Responsibilities
- Respond to patient queries and liaise with the primary care team.
- Manage appointment requests, signpost patients to services, maintain patient records and confidentiality.
- Email, scan and code clinical correspondence.
- Process prescription requests.
- Use information systems to support workflow.
Ideal Candidate
- Reception or customer care experience, with excellent communication skills.
- Basic PC skills: Word, Excel, email.
- Ability to work within processes, procedures and maintain data security.
- Previous NHS experience is welcome but not essential.
