Responsibilities:

  • Managing passive fire protection projects across multiple UK sites
  • Overseeing fire stopping and fire door installation teams
  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and on programme
  • Carrying out quality assurance checks and identifying remedial works where required
  • Supporting surveys, site inspections, and programme planning
  • Working closely with senior management to ensure compliance standards are maintained
  • Managing night works where required, typically Sunday to Thursday shifts

Qualifications:

  • A background within passive fire protection, ideally fire doors or fire stopping
  • Previous experience working in a supervisory or site management role
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification
  • A valid CSCS card
  • Strong knowledge of passive fire compliance and quality standards
  • The flexibility to travel nationwide and stay away when required
  • A practical, hands on approach to site management
