As a Part Time (20 hours a week) Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the relationship between the dealership, customers, and manufacturers. Based at our SEAT/Cupra dealership in Hull, you will ensure all warranty administration is completed accurately and in line with manufacturer standards.
Essentials (You Must Have)
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within the motor industry
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently within manufacturer guidelines and deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Check and process warranty claims to manufacturer standards
- Submit all invoiced warranty jobs accurately and on time
- Manage and resolve rejected warranty claims
- Support the Accounts team with warranty payment reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems
- Liaise with service teams, sites, and manufacturers regarding warranty queries
About You
- Confident using dealer management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Experience within warranty, service, or automotive administration is desirable
- Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Proactive, team focused, and detail oriented
