Academics are currently working with a welcoming and expanding pre-school setting in Kingston upon Thames seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Practitioner to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children's development within a nurturing and engaging environment.

Role Details:

  • Part-time Monday to Friday: 12:30pm - 6:00pm
  • 27.5 hours per week
  • All year round (52 weeks)
  • Salary: £24,000 - £25,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Location: Kingston upon Thames

The successful candidate will:

  • Support high-quality teaching, learning and care for children aged 3 years
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with colleagues and parents to support children's development and wellbeing
  • Contribute positively to the daily running of the pre-school provision

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with 3-year-olds in an Early Years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
  • Flexible, reliable and proactive approach
  • A positive and nurturing attitude
