We are looking for an organised, self‑motivated individual to join our successful paralegal law firm. Hours are 9am‑5pm, Monday to Friday. Training will be provided as necessary. This role may be suitable for someone skilled in Windows operating system and who provides top‑notch customer service. Prior legal industry experience is helpful but not required. The position focuses on property law and will require good IT skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Good communication, organisation and time‑keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Undertaking documentary analysis and research.
  • Assisting lawyers with preparation of cases for hearing, including bundles for court and attending hearings with counsel to assist and take notes.
  • Attending upon new clients and taking instructions.
  • Analyse and communicate complex information clearly.

Requirements:

  • Office experience in a customer service role or similar.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Initiative.
  • Punctual.
  • Paralegal experience: 1 year preferred.

Additional Information:

  • Commuting to Crawley, West Sussex RH11 is required; relocation possible.
  • Dress code: Casual.
  • Remote work: Not available.
  • Company pension scheme.
