What you'll be doing
We are looking for a Paint Technician to carry out all Bodyshop work in an efficient and safe manner, to meet the business requirements and maximise workshop utilisation and productivity. Your key responsibilities as a Paint Technician will be:
- To accurately undertake the preparation and repainting of motor vehicles
- Fulfil all tasks to the customer's complete satisfaction
- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with the retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines
- Carry out all repairs according to best practice procedures
- Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately for all paint repairs
- Attend specialised training as required Internal and manufacturer requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date
- Mentor and provide guidance to apprentice technicians, where applicable

- Experience within the accident repair and bodyshop industry.
