Arcus cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part‑time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Paignton store on a permanent basis. 22 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71. Immediate start is available.
Shift Pattern
- Sunday: 06:00 – 09:00
- Monday: 05:00 – 09:00
- Tuesday: 05:00 – 09:00
- Wednesday: 05:00 – 08:30
- Thursday: Day off
- Friday: 05:00 – 08:00
- Saturday: 15:00 – 19:30
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery.
- Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
- Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies in‑store.
- Work outside to keep trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris.
- Apply all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential; on‑job training will be supplied.
- An eye for detail and cleanliness.
- A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.
- Must provide a smartphone with NFC capability to access the Arcus Connect App; this is a condition of employment.
