We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Packaging Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with experience in food-related production and a strong understanding of safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weighing and handling bags of varying sizes (1kg, 16kg, and bulk 1-ton bags)
  • Packaging products accurately and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Operating a forklift truck (Counterbalance) safely and effectively
  • Maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene across the site
  • Supporting general warehouse and production activities as required
Requirements
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (essential)
  • Good knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
