Are you an experienced admin individual who is proficient in administrative skills? Do you have strong experience on Excel and PowerBI? We have a great part time opportunity to join the Oxfordshire At Risk Mental State team (ARMS) based at the Slade Site, for a Team Administrator for our new and growing team. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, as well as supporting the service which provides specialist care for people who are at risk of developing a psychotic illness.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide a high quality of administrative service for the services key performance indicators, wider medical team, and the rest of the ARMS team to ensure efficiency in patient care and that the services required targets are being met.
  • Co-ordinate team meetings and training as and when required.
  • Collect and analyse data for auditing purposes.
  • Resolve difficult and often emotional enquiries from clients and carers with complex needs in a sensitive manner.

Person Specification

  • Having worked in a job which involved working as an administrator.
  • At least 1 year experience.
  • Experience of working with spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency in using data collection systems.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Excel and other data systems.
  • Experience of using TOBI database.
  • Experience of using RIO system.
  • Experience of producing and analysing reports.
  • Experience of dealing with complex and challenging situations.
  • Being able to listen and problem solve.
  • Experience of working in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience of working as part of a team.
