Key Responsibilities
- Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interacting with customers and educating them on our products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
- Managing cash and adhering to all security, health & safety and stock accuracy policies.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Flexible schedule with availability for weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
