Key Responsibilities

  • Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interacting with customers and educating them on our products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
  • Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
  • Managing cash and adhering to all security, health & safety and stock accuracy policies.
  • Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Flexible schedule with availability for weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, sales driven environment.
