The Role

Looking to kickstart a career in Quality Assurance (QA)? This role is designed as an entry point into Quality Systems, with a clear development pathway toward Quality Specialist roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • eQMS Administration: Manage user access, coordinate system training, and provide first-line technical support to users.
  • Action Tracking: Monitor and follow up on open quality activities, including change controls, non-conformances (NCRs), and CAPAs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate administrative processes to boost efficiency.
  • Document Control: Support the creation and maintenance of clear overviews of quality systems and business processes. Assist in visualising processes to support understanding and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the business, including R&D, Production, and IT to ensure smooth system integration.

What we're looking for

Education & Experience

  • A-Levels in a STEM subject (or equivalent qualification).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinating role within a technical environment (e.g., managing trackers, document control, or meeting planning).
  • Experience with collaborative problem solving and project planning.

Desirable

  • Experience in a regulated industry or supporting electronic databases/platforms.

Skills & Attitude

  • Tech savvy and confident using electronic platforms (document management, project planning, or data tools).
  • Excellent communication skills with a structured approach to problem solving.
  • Proactive, self motivated, and eager to learn and develop within Quality Assurance.
