Willow Cottage Nurseries is looking for an exceptional Early Years Room Leader with a passion for leadership and a vision for delivering the highest quality education and childcare. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Delivering and maintaining a professional standard of care and education with high expectations of all children and colleagues.
  • Inspire, motivate, and give direction to the team in order to provide the best possible care and education for the children in an environment which is inviting and challenging.
  • Sharing and role modelling professional knowledge and experience in line with current thinking around child development.
  • Supporting reflective practice, observations and planning in order to meet the individual needs of all children.
  • Meeting statutory requirements such as safeguarding, welfare, learning & development, SEND support and record keeping and supporting the team to maintain the same high standards.

Eynsham - OX29 4EH, Bletchingdon - OX5 3DH, Farmoor - OX2 9NS

Hours / Contracts Available

Full time - 40 hours over 4 days - 7.30am to 6pm. The nursery is open all year round and is not able to offer term‑time only positions.

Salary

Team Room Leader - £30,467, Deputy Team Leader - £28,946 + £2000 welcome bonus (T&Cs apply)

Experience

Minimum 1 year working at early years level 3 or above
