We are looking for a passionate, professional and guest focused Guest Relations Executive who thrives on creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional service to every guest.
Key Responsibilities- Providing a warm and personalised welcome to guests.
- Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Managing guest feedback, queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Anticipating guest needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their stay.
- Supporting VIP arrivals and special requests.
- Working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and helping drive continuous improvement.
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of hotel services, facilities and local area recommendations.
- Supporting guest communications before, during and after their stay.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred).
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions focused in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays where required.
- £27,040 per annum plus service charge (increases after probation – estimated £32,000 on target earnings).
