If so, you could be just who we, at Waylands Automotive, are looking for! We're currently looking for a Service Advisor for our MG dealership in Oxford. Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group, with 15 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers regarding their vehicle needs.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat and return customer.
  • Using online bookings, phone calls, and in-person interactions to schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and vehicle pick-ups with customers, using our in-hours and manufacturer systems and processes.
  • Keeping customers updated about the status of their vehicle through the workshop.
  • Liaising with technician colleagues about vehicle status and ensuring that vehicles will be ready for customer on time.

About You

  • You'll be an active listener and excellent communicator.
  • You'll adopt a positive attitude with all customers.

  • You'll be comfortable working to deadlines.
  • You'll have a full UK driving licence.
  • If you have Service Advisor experience, that's great, but we are happy to train anyone with some experience in customer service.

Salary, Hours and Benefits

  • 8:00am-18:00pm Mon Fri and Saturday 8:00am 13:00pm on a rota basis (45 hours per week).
  • OTE of up to £40,800.
  • 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays, some of which you will be required to cover).
