Orthodontist (Private) - Hampshire (Winchester & Havant) Part‑Time
MBR Dental are currently supporting a well‑established dental group in Hampshire to recruit an Orthodontist to join their team on a permanent basis, working across practices in Winchester and Havant.
About the Role
- Permanent position
- Available ASAP (notice periods considered)
- Part time: 4 days per month (2 days per site)
- Flexible working hours (Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00)
- Manage an existing list of private orthodontic referrals
- 50/50 split on private fees and lab costs
- Opportunity to grow private orthodontic income
About the Practices
- 2 well‑established practices with 16 surgeries in total
- Large, stable patient base of 30,000+ registered patients
- Fully digital and modern environment including:
- SOE software
- Digital X-rays
- CBCT scanner
- Intra‑oral cameras
- Rotary endodontics
- Dedicated dental hygiene support
- Experienced and supportive clinical team
- On‑site parking available
About You
- GDC registered Orthodontist
- Valid DBS check
- Confident managing private orthodontic cases
- Strong communication and patient care skills
