We are delighted to be recruiting for a person to join our customer relations team. Working from our offices in Wisbech, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Relations Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders across both UK and export markets while supporting customer relations and credit control functions.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders for both UK and export customers accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate customer deliveries and manage courier bookings using online systems.
  • Support Customer Relations and Credit Control with a variety of administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Previous data entry experience is preferable (although training will be given).
  • Fast and accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using AS400 (or similar systems) is desirable.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
