Flame Health's Optometry division is currently working in partnership with a well-established independent optical practice to recruit an Optometrist based in Chichester.
The successful Optometrist will play a key role in delivering a high standard of clinical care, ensuring every patient receives a thorough and personalised eye examination. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you will contribute to a positive patient journey and the continued growth of the practice. With 30-minute testing times, you will have the time required to focus on quality consultations and provide tailored, patient-centred solutions.
The practice supports a broad range of clinical services, including myopia management and contact lens work, enabling you to utilise and further develop your clinical expertise. Plans for a full practice refurbishment will also provide a modern, enhanced working environment.
This is a 4.5 day per week position, with no Sunday or evening commitments, offering an excellent work-life balance.
Applicants must be a GOC-registered Optometrist with a strong commitment to delivering high standards of patient care. Excellent communication skills, professionalism and a patient-focused approach are essential. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated and keen to contribute to both the clinical and commercial success of the practice.
