We are looking for Assembly Fitters to join a large infrastructure company in the Omagh area. This is a great opportunity to secure long term, stable work with a well established engineering company. Full training is provided, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the team.
Key Duties
- Mechanical assembly work following technical instructions and specifications
- Fitting and aligning components to ensure correct movement and tolerances
- Using hand and power tools such as spanners, torque wrenches, drills, and grinders
- Installing fasteners including bolts, screws, rivets, and pins
- Quality checking completed work
- Identifying and resolving assembly issues
- Supporting the production team in a fast paced environment
Requirements
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Understanding of basic health & safety procedures
- Positive, proactive attitude
