About the role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our office. This is a front of house role and will involve:
- Answering phone calls
- Welcoming visitors
- Handling post
- Keeping records up to date
- Supporting basic financial administration
The successful person will also help monitor health and safety within the office.
