Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth, organised, and professional workplace environment, including office supplies, meeting coordination, catering, onboarding, and workplace logistics.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractors, supplier relationships, and health & safety compliance, while maintaining high workplace standards across all office spaces.
- Deliver a welcoming and professional front of house experience while managing reception duties and visitor access.
- Support employee engagement and company culture through the coordination of internal events, team activities, and initiatives that enhance the overall workplace experience.
- Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and wider business teams, including travel arrangements, diary coordination, budgeting, invoicing, and play a key role in workplace projects, including the planning and coordination of the upcoming office move.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in workplace, office management, or facilities roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing suppliers, contractors and building relationships with external vendors.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and workplace systems.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and problem solve effectively.

- Fully office based role in the West End.
- Permanent role, ideally starting in June or early July.
- Standard hours are 9am - 5:30pm.
