Based in central Crawley, part of a growing provider, this lovely nursery is looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team as Third in Charge, supporting the room and working alongside the management team. Working a 40 hr week, salary is approximately £33k depending on experience.

Requirements Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role:

  • Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
  • Minimum 2 years experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
  • Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
  • Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
