We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our warm, welcoming and nurturing nursery. We are offering a choice of 40 or 45 hours per week for our Northumberland setting. Our children thrive, our staff feel valued, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and education. Your Main Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding early years care and education
  • Ensure the nursery operates in line with the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
  • Support, develop and motivate staff through strong leadership and guidance
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
  • Oversee the day to day running of the nursery ensuring high standards of care and safety
  • Monitor children's learning and development to ensure high quality practice
  • Work with the wider leadership team to support the continued growth and success of the nursery

What We Are Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
  • Previous leadership or management experience within an early years setting
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Commitment to delivering high quality childcare and education
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
