Warehouse Operative / Assemblers urgently required to work for a very busy and specialist manufacturing business near Farnborough. We are looking for experienced Warehouse operatives and assemblers with experience of being hands on, labouring, warehouse type work.
CANDIDATES MUST HOLD A VALID COUNTERBALANCE OR REACH TRUCK LICENCE.
Key to this role is a positive attitude and want to work! This is an established business who have an excellent reputation due to their focus on quality of manufacturing.
Main Purpose of the Position
- To assemble products using the components, tooling and documentation provided
- To perform the warehouse pick, pack and despatch operation
- Be fully familiar with the assembly operations required to build the different types of products
- Completing the assembly build sheet to record product compliance
- Ensure the work area is always left clean, tidy and ready for production
Skills and Experience
- Be fully familiar with the warehouse pick, pack and despatch operation
- Organised and Logical with a good attention to detail
- Good time management
- IT would be advantageous to have:
- Previous mechanical or engineering experience
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Previous reach truck or Counterbalance licence and experience
