This is a full time, permanent role based in Nottingham, with standard working hours Monday to Friday 08:45 - 17:30 and on target earnings up to £30k per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage up to 250 properties under management (PUM).
  • Upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services and related products.
  • Handle mid term inspection follow ups and quality reporting.
  • Weekly arrears management, including rent and legal protection submissions.
  • Produce inspection reports and ensure quality of content.
