IKEA Nottingham are looking to welcome a Warehouse Replenishment Assistant to join our hard working fulfilment team on nightshift. A replenishment co worker at IKEA is basically a shelf stacking ninja-swooping in before sunrise to make sure the store is fully stocked for our customers to shop.
- Start date: 19th July 2026
- Hourly rate: £13.45 per hour, plus an additional £2.25 per hour for nightshift hours worked between 10 pm and 6 am
- 16 hours weekly, working 3 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends. Weekend availability is essential.
- Working hours: 3 am to 9 am.

Qualifications and Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential; enthusiasm to thrive in an active workplace is required.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload swiftly with attention to detail.
- Experience using technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Prepared to initiate tasks independently and participate productively in group efforts.
- Compliance with health and safety guidelines; applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Replenishing all IKEA departments, including the warehouse.
- Inventory and counting stock to support customer demand.
- Manual handling of heavy stock safely.
- Operating heavy machinery such as forklift trucks, counterbalance trucks, and pump trucks to transport goods securely and efficiently.
- Ensuring all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
