Job responsibilities
- Respond to patient queries and liaise with the primary care team, managing appointment requests, signposting patients to services, and maintaining patient records and confidentiality.
- Email, scan and code clinical correspondence.
- Process prescription requests.
- Utilise other information systems to support efficient workflow processes.
Ideal candidate
- Reception or customer care experience, excellent communicator (spoken and written).
- Basic PC skills: Word, Excel, email.
- Ability to work within processes and procedures, maintain confidentiality and data security.
- Previous NHS experience is welcome but not essential.
