We're looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and high quality delivery of field based telecoms projects. You'll turn project plans into real world results - coordinating teams, managing risks, and ensuring work is delivered on time, to standard, and in line with client expectations. Acting as the key link between planning and on site execution, you'll drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience while supporting a high performing, multi skilled workforce.
What You'll Do
- Manage project milestones, resources, risks, and reporting
- Monitor performance against KPIs and take action to keep delivery on track
- Champion SSHEQ standards and promote a strong safety culture
- Build positive relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders
- Coach and develop teams, supporting a high performance culture
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience
Requirements – What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in field operations or telecoms delivery
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of NRSWA, SSHEQ requirements, and safe working practices
- Experience managing subcontractors and resolving field issues
- Ability to work with operational reporting systems and Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of civils construction techniques including excavation, duct installation, chamber builds, and reinstatement
- Knowledge of reinstatement standards (HAUC, SROH) and compliance with NRSWA requirements
- Experience with traffic management, signing, lighting, and guarding set ups
- Ability to identify underground utility risks, read utility prints, and ensure safe excavation practices
