As a Store Operations Manager, your mission is to oversee the store operations and ensure compliance with health and safety best practices while supporting your teammates. Your organisational skills will be key to the success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Securing the safety and wellness of your assigned store daily
- Ensuring the health and safety of customers and teammates at all times
- Guaranteeing the safety of goods and overseeing stock management
- Ensuring that organised and efficient processes are implemented/overseen throughout the store
- Ensuring the upkeep of the facilities and maintenance in the building
Additional Information
As an Operations Manager, you will be required to work usual retail hours including evenings and weekends.
