Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Inventory and Inspections Clerk. This is a full‑time, permanent position located either in Nottingham or Derby. The salary on offer for this role is £25,000.
Responsibilities:
- Completing Mid Term Inspection reports during the Tenancy
- Liaising with local Property Managers to identify defects when completing any report to ensure swift resolutions
- Supporting the Property Management team with tenant check‑outs
- Completing high quality Inventory and Schedule of Condition reports at the start of each tenancy
