UNHOP, the UK's leading provider of on‑campus student accommodation, is looking for a Home at Halls Representative to support students living in Nottingham Trent University halls of residence. The role is part‑time and requires a current student (second year or above) who is already a resident or has lived in the halls.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and participate in mandatory training, staff meetings and other role‑related gatherings.
  • Assist with event administration, including data entry, attendance recording and student queries.
  • Contribute to social media marketing of events and propose new event ideas.
  • Plan, organise and lead a minimum of one event per week (setting up, leading the activity, ensuring safety and gathering feedback).
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for students, addressing questions and communicating concerns to staff.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required.

Qualifications

  • Current Nottingham Trent University student, second year or above, living or formerly living in the university halls of residence.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in running or supporting events.
