Pay: £12.71 per hour Key Responsibilities Learn the lifeguard ropes, including pool safety and first aid.
Keep an eye on swimmers, respond quickly to incidents, and ensure a safe, fun environment.
Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and concerns.
Requirements Previous lifeguard experience is valued but not essential; training will be provided.
Ready to learn, stay alert, and respond confidently in any situation.
Friendly and approachable attitude with good communication skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in swimming: Jump/dive into deep water.
Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds.
Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water.
Tread water for 30 seconds.
Surface dive to the floor of the pool.
Climb out unaided without a ladder or steps where the pool design permits.
Undergo and satisfactorily complete an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
