The Team and Practice
You’ll be joining a well established and collaborative team of vets, nurses, patient care assistants and customer care colleagues who work closely together to deliver excellent care to patients and clients. We actively encourage associates to develop their clinical interests and support CPD in chosen areas. Our lead nurses are also expanding nursing roles within the practice, ensuring the whole team can work to their full potential and deliver outstanding patient care. Spinney Vets has two large branches, both RCVS GP accredited and well equipped. We have two certificate holders in surgery, with other vets training towards certificates in medicine and exotics. We perform orthopaedics, endoscopy, laparoscopy and more complex common routine soft tissue surgical procedures, including BOAS and physiotherapy. Collaboration is central to how we work. Whether it’s discussing complex cases, sharing knowledge or supporting colleagues in developing new skills, the team works closely together to create a positive learning environment that encourages professional growth. What we’re looking for
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Confident managing both routine consultations and general surgery.

- A minimum of 3‑5 years UK experience.
