Our client is an Independent Garage and has the requirements for an experienced, high performing Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team in Northampton.
Hours: 8am-5:30pm Monday-Friday - No weekends. Paid overtime. Monthly bonus. Award winning garage.
Key Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner.
- Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
- Produce job cards on the in house computer system.
Minimum Service Advisor Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role (Service Admin/Service Advisor).
- Experience with Kerridge/Pinnacle/DRIVE/ONELink.
- Ability to sell additional products and services to customers.
- Experience using commercial databases for customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
