We're currently looking to recruit a Security Supervisor to join our team at Apleona, always providing exemplary security and customer service for our clients and customers. As someone who is professional, friendly, helpful, and passionate about keeping people safe, you'll be a fantastic asset to our organisation.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Carrying out regular patrols of our clients' site ensuring that it is safe for all visitors and tenants.
- Managing all incidents on site properly and maintaining detailed records to help keep us compliant.
- Focusing the security teams on providing excellent customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with all internal procedures, site processes and external bodies including enforcement agencies and auditory bodies.
- Controlling and delivering the security rotas ensuring correct manning levels and compliance are always maintained.
We’re looking for:
- SIA frontline guarding licence
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent customer care
- Vigilance with attention to detail
- Ability to work with radio communications
- Willingness to work with their manager and team to ensure all necessary tasks are completed
It's desirable that you have a current CCTV SIA Licence and a qualification or further education in Security Management. We'll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job.
