We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead a high‑performing B2B sales function and deliver profitable, predictable revenue growth. This is a senior leadership role with ownership of sales performance, forecasting, and customer experience. You will embed strong proactive sales mindset, pipeline discipline, and data‑led decision making, while building a results‑driven, customer‑focused sales culture. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, you will help execute the wider commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team
- Drive consistent sales growth through structured cadence, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Proficient on CRM, analysing team sales data and identifying gaps
- Champion customer‑first, value‑based selling
- Grow OEM, Panelbuilder, and MRO market segments, including ecommerce
- Strengthen key customer relationships and strategic accounts
- Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
Experience Required
- Proven track record leading a successful internal and external sales team
- Experience delivering growth through structured sales execution and forecasting
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Exposure to OEM, Panelbuilder, or MRO markets preferred but not essential
- Experience in distribution, industrial, technical, or electrical environments advantageous
