Deputy Home Manager - Children and Young People at a 4 bed residential home in Northampton.

Salary from £33,360 rising to £35,577 p/a plus additional sleep in payments.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week; full time with long day shifts and occasional sleep in.

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the leadership team
  • Contribute to service development

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in a residential children's home at deputy or senior level
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People

  • A full UK driving licence
