Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Non-Working Supervisors to join a growing contractor delivering landscaping and external works across multiple sites in London, Cambridge, and Oxford. These roles are critical in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards, while maintaining full supervision of site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all works are carried out in line with specifications, programme requirements, and health and safety regulations.
- You will coordinate subcontractors and site teams, monitor productivity and quality, and ensure adherence to company procedures.
- The role will involve maintaining clear communication with project managers and clients, carrying out site inspections, and ensuring all activities are compliant with industry standards and best practice.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining site records, RAMS compliance, and driving a strong safety culture on site.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 6 in Construction or equivalent and have proven experience in a Non-Working Supervisor or similar supervisory role within landscaping or external works.
